I Hate a Sneak

I wrote about the situation which exists with the cell tower and the cemeteries on my land. The latest news; the county (the Cemetery Guy aka the alleged Zealot) called the Department of Resource Preservation and they came on my land, destroyed the hay on and around the cemetery near my house, the one that has nothing to do with the cell tower site but must be fenced anyway, flagged the cemetery and did all this without my knowledge or permission. They said about the second cemetery, the one near the cell tower site that could possibly be harmed during construction, that it may or may not exist and does not need to be fenced, but an archaeologist should be on site during construction in case any bones were unearthed.

The second cemetery is in the edge of the woods. The DRP folks apparently did not want to go in the woods because if they had, they would have found the sunken graves that are so visible when you walk near them. The cemetery IS there. The cemetery IS on my plat. The cemetery does not need to be fenced or protected because the DRP folks say, after apparently not looking, that it may not exist.

The Planning Commission, the home of Cemetery Guy aka the Zealot, said emphatically that the wording of the permit (cemeteries must be fenced with split rail fence) could not be changed without starting the entire application process over for the cell tower. Since the DPR folks say the cemetery in the woods may not exist, even though it does, it is exempt from the wording of the permit. The cemetery in my hayfield which could not ever be harmed during construction because it is on a different area of the property must still be fenced.

I swear the world is run by fools and idiots.

Cemetery Guy has a personal mission to find every cemetery in the county. He has used his position on the Planning Commission to further his personal agenda. The Board of Supervisors passed the permit unanimously on the information given by Cemetery Guy. They know nothing about the situation that has been created and the difficulties it is causing me. They don't understand that the alleged Zealot has used them, the cell tower company and my land to further his own personal interests and that his personal interests have nothing to do with his job or the cell tower. They do not know that fencing the cemetery near my house is taking my land use away from me, taking my hay crop out of production, blocking my safe access from one portion of my land to the rest of my property, and that it is being done without financial compensation which is against the law.

I have locked the cable at the entrance of my property and it will stay locked until this situation is resolved to MY satisfaction. The alleged Zealot stood in front of the Board of Supervisors and said he had been working with the land owner, moi, with regards to the cemeteries when in fact he and I have never spoken. If that doesn't describe a liar and a sneak I don't know what does.

I am forever stunned by the gall and audacity of some people. In so many cases, these are the very people who weasel and manipulate their way into positions of authority and they are the very ones who should be the least trusted with it. The end justifies the means and their interests are worth all the damage they do to others.
